[SOLVED] Windows 11 and Chrome

I have used Chrome for many years without an issue. All of a sudden it will not speak when I ask it a question. It will if I type the question.

I am using Edge which speaks when I ask a question like Chrome used to do. At times I
need two browsers.

I have tried SFC, DISM, and more. Even when I recover a Macrium image the same issue exists which did not when I used it.
When I reinstalled Chrome it did speak to a voice search once then stopped.
I have scanned with Spyware, Windows Security, MBAB free and Chromes scanner.

Is Chrome running as it should or is this on my end and if so what could I could shy of a reinstall?

I don't know if that makes it talk back, I knew feature existed on phone but I hadn't thought of PC.

Chrome came back as of 7-26-22 after being down for 3 days.
I did nothing after working for three days. Thanks you forth help.
Booted up and it worked. Heat??

its possible it was something on their end as well.
Some times chrome starts doing weird things and it just stops doing them again.
last year it was messing with the black used in the dark theme. But only on some users.
