4th Gen Intel chip.
Not even close to being 'supported'.

There are methods to forcefit Win 11 on this, but it is NOT officially supported.

Official Win 11 support goes back to 8 Gen intel.

I just retired a 6th gen Intel laptop because of the Win 11 minimum requirements. Good news is that laptops have gotten cheaper. A 16GB RAM laptop with a 1TB NVMe SSD was under $700 at Christmas time. One thing to be aware of. Most laptops have removed the wired ethernet port. So a USB ethernet adapter can be required for wired connectivity.
