[SOLVED] windows 11 fresh installation no internet on setup

i have a new motherboard and cpu and trying to boot to windows, so did a fresh windows 11 installation and it wont detect any internet connection or usb hotspot.

Well a new license would be required to install on a system with a new CPU. Does your wireless card show in device manager?

don't think i have a wireless card

Well if no wireless card you would need ethernet and use a wired connection.

it wont pick up the ethernet cable
