Question Windows 11 Notifications Not Showing Up

I'm running Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2605. The Windows notifications pop up use to work now it doesn't show up. Do not disturb is turned off. Apps that are suppose to show up do not until I click on the clock area then the notification window will show up.

Also, Also make sure Focus Assist is turned off. it can prevent notifications from working.

Focus Assist is not turned on and everything is unchecked.

Just look and post what you find.

Registry editing is very risky and is a last resort.

However, if something is or seems amiss then that can be addressed and fixed as appropriate.

Under Taskbar Settings
Notifications
Show Notifications the Bell icon was unchecked.
It must have been unchecked after an update.
