Discussion Windows 11 performance mode ?

I don’t understand one thing in Windows 11 24H2. I set the power plan in the Control Panel to High Performance, but when I was checking the Windows Settings, I saw that as long as High Performance mode is enabled, Power Saver mode is also turned on. I had to switch to Balanced mode to stop seeing this message. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? I think about it's a windows 11 24H2 bug or something like that.

The only reason I could consider seeing something like that would be something like having one of those manufacturer "control panel" type programs that do all the same things as stuff already in Windows OS, but branded. Perhaps they are having some conflict?
I have not seen an issue like that on any of my W11 machines.

Is this with a desktop or mobile system? If its with a desktop, power saving options will be greyed out & thus not available. I have HP Mode on my desktop & that's what it shows with win 11 24H2 with all current OS updates.

I thought it was again a 24H2 issue, but now I don't know. I use an Asus B660M plus Wifi d4 motherboard so I don't think it has any problems with that.

It's a desktop. Yes, it will be grayed out but the interesting thing is that above the graying it says that as long as it is set to performance-centric in the control panel, it says in the windows settings that the energy saving mode is automatically turned on.
