I've had a weird issue for a while now on both my desktop and laptop where infrequently, let's say once a day or so, the whole system goes into extreme slow motion or stutter for about 2 seconds and then comes right out of it like nothing happened. This affects everything on screen whether I'm playing a video, a game, moving the mouse, windows, whatever I'm doing. Everything moves at maybe 5 fps but not just that, EVERYTHING also slows down. I can still hear sound during that 2 seconds and it is also extremely slowed down and sounds very robotic. I've done what I can to figure it out and the only thing left that I can think of is completely cleaning the drivers out with DDU. I really don't want to have to do it though and lose all of my Nvidia profiles for games, as I use that feature extensively for many games. If there is a way to back up Nvidia profiles I'd be more willing to use DDU more often.
1. Never happened on Win 10, only Win 11.
2. EVERYTHING on screen slows to an extreme crawl for about 2 seconds, including the robotic sounding audio
3. Event viewer shows nothing
4. It comes out of it within 2 seconds or so like nothing happened
5. Happens infrequently, maybe once a day, or so.
6. Happens on both desktop and laptop
7. Has been happening through several driver updates on both systems
