Not exactly true, my MB is all green out of box for W11 and everything is working fine. MS is more likely to relax rules than to tighten them anyway.
All modern MBs support UEFI which is prerequisite for Secure BOOT and only thing left is TPM either as part of MB or supporting CPU.Check your MB's manufacturer, many have already released lists of fully or partially compatible MBs.
