Windows 7 -> 10, cannot enable updates. Am trying to force update to win10

Hello guys,

Im looking to upgrade to windows 10. currently i havent got a notification from microsoft saying that my install is ready. i want to force update, ive tried but it requires you to use windows update.
i am admin though
Im getting this when i try to make it to manual updates. to me it looks like all updates are turned off. ive tried multiple methods to get rid of it.
saw this on a tutorial didnt work

I am also the only account on this computer and it says im admin

Weird, but... still, windows 10 media creation tool exists.

you can download it and install with it. If windows isn't genuine though (possible reason why updates don't work and why you have not got the upgrade notice) you might run into problems later on.

As always, windows10 upgrade has to be done from within windows for first time.
