Check the permissions on the share, if all else fails just add the "Everyone" user. If you do so allow only read access to be on the safe side.
If it still doesn't work your security software may be blocking it.

THANK YOU! I am just recovering from a major crash and 1 of my drives was "drive not accessible" even though testdisk could see all the files were intact. Setting my permissions to "Everyone" in the disk manager saved the day!
