Windows 7 drivers for HP pc?

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded my mothers HP Pavilion a1310y to Windows 7 Pro. It is working fine except for what I believe to be the drivers. The audio is not working, and the screen does the thing where everything is bigger and looks like it needs an upgrade.
On the HP website and in HP support assistant, I can not find these drivers. Is there an external source?

Windows 7 is not supported on the HP Pavilion a1310y - - - HP did not release any Windows 7 drivers for it.
They are not specifically available anywhere else but you are welcome to search for them for each component individually if you know the make & model numbers of those components.

Otherwise you'll have to restore that PC back to Windows XP or whatever version it originally had.

You are supposed to check the available drivers situation before changing the OS.

I am aware you are supposed to check before. I did such, but the ones I thought would work didn't.

Anyway, I got it working thanks to some people at HP. I got a Realtek driver and a vista video driver.
