Windows 7 failed Dell Optiplex 780

Hello, I just bought a Dell Optiplex 780 and I got it I tested it and it worked so I was then taking everything apart to clean it and when i reassembled the PC and booted it up it said Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. I'm 99.99% sure I installed everything correctly all the plugs are seated properly on my motherboard both my ssd and hdd show up and are working I have tried taking out the ram one by one I am going to try the CMOS battery if anyone can help me and give any suggestions it will help me out a lot thanks

Haven't you changed the SATA ports by mistake? The boot drive should always be connected to the SATA 1 port. If it is right let me know so we can narrow all our options.

I'm not 100% sure which one is the boot drive but I unseated the cpu and found that there was a little thing stuck to the bottom i took it off and I could be wrong but the socket looks to have bent pins

Well my friend I hope you realize that bent pins on the cpu socket=big trouble. Please let us know how it goes.

I shined a flashlight in and they looked bent but it could have just been the reflection
