Windows 7 install usb device drivers not found

Hello all, I have a problem with a recurring USB drivers error when trying to install windows 7.

I have tried using usb 2 and 3 ports, and slipstreaming usb 3 drivers into my windows 7 but consistently get the error.

Are there any other solutions to this problem?

the motherboard model? did you go to the motherboard manufacturer support site to see how to install windows 7 on new chipset?

Hello all, I'm a semi experienced builder who ran into a new problem

After using Rufus to make a bootable good Windows 7 USB drive, and plugging it into an ASUS Maximus IX Code

No matter which USB port I plug the bootable drive into I get the drivers missing error.

Any suggestions?

Which tool under utilities? There are 22 and I'm not sure to which you are referring.

Within the ASUS EZ installer PDF, I've tried method 2. Made a new copy of bootable windows in rufus and then added the AutoUnnattend files as instructed to the usb. Same error.

Several of the methods are unavailable to me because I do not have a windows installation disk, just a flash drive. Is there a way to use the ASUS EZ installer application without a disc? Or do I have to make one first?

Got it. For anyone who comes after me the working set up was

-Flash drive with bootable windows 7
-Asus EZ install cd in SATA ODD

When I got to the same old drivers missing screen, scanning did nothing so i browsed through the cd which was visible in the pie
In browsing, under OS---> autounattended ---> Intel ----> x86, opened that and the drivers installed and installation is currently progressing!

Thanks! This worked for me! I didn't have to browse the cd, it just auto loaded those drivers and went on to the next step! Fully updated Windows 7. Also if any of you get the unsupported hardware window after updating, download this app to uninstall it https://github.com/zeffy/wufuc. Or you can just hide the updates mentioned in the note.
