As for the bios I disabled secure boot, TPM, enabled CSM, and disabled any option related to security in bios.
However, I'm always getting stuck at the "starting windows" screen.
I tried multiple ISOs after watching a couple of youtube videos on "how to install Windows 7 on modern hardware", but I always end up getting stuck at the starting windows screen.

I also tried the Windows 7 ISO with Windows 10 installation process it usually installs without any issue but when the laptop boots again it gets stuck in the Windows recovery screen, choosing "start windows normally" or "start in safe mode" results in a restart back to the recovery windows screen.

what is this laptop?
It's a Turkish brand, called "Hometech" the one I have is: hometech 700c
The specs are: N3350, 3gb ram, 32gb storage, and an IPS 1080p which looks really good. It had Windows 10 installed by default, and obviously, it doesn't handle it. (and I'm not willing to do some tweaks to reduce the CPU/RAM usage). eventually, I started messing around installing Ubuntu, chromeOS Flex, and some lightweight Linux-based OS. However, I couldn't install windows xp/7.

I tried the following ISOs from those videos:

(Archive.org ISO)

(this one with USB3 patch)
and couple more...
I tried using ASROCK patcher which didn't work either:

Those are a couple of images inside the bios:

ok, not the usual spot where the tweaked installers are needed.

but if you are willing to make a new usb installer this is what i use to install win 7 on new hardware. has not failed me yet.

it takes a while as it takes the iso and updates it with a ton of stuff. but again so far i have not failed to install win 7 on any new hardware using the installer made with this tool.

Appreciate it, I'll give it a try and post an update.
