windows 7 need fix

was reinstalling windows 7, pc restarted during the process and won't load into windows 7 because of the error and only gives me windows 7 and rollback restart option which both do nothing. this pc is custom built with an SSD hard drive and a TB HDD for all games and stuff.
someone said the problem is boot manager related and i need to call the motherboard manufacturer about it.
