Thanks in advance, Dimitris

Both of these BSOD's were probably caused by a combination of things
win 32.sys
memory
heat
overclocking
raid if you have one.

While there are benifts to overclocking the resultant instability causes crashes (like yours) heat (like yours) and random errors

I would
run system file chekc to verify and repair your system files
to run type cmd insearch>right click ande run as admin>SFC /SCANNOW
let us know the results

RUN MEMTESTX86 FOR SEVERAL HOURS (OVERNIGHT PREFERED)

STOP overclocking and get an app to measure temps. your temps might go down if you are not overclocking

Thanks for the answer.
Firstly i do not use overclocking ( not on purpose, maybe some software does without me knowing).
Also i always rest my laptop on a cooler, not sure if important.
Maybe this is relevant too , recently (but at least 2 months before the problems started) i had my cpu cooler changed because the previous started making lots of noise ( sounded like Vggaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannzzzzzsss 😛)

Here are the results of the SFC/SCANNOW :

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I have also downloaded a temperature checker, will try to stess the cpu and then post results.(not sure if i did this correnctly)

The temperatures are fine. About the new cooler, is it bigger/smaller ? does it cool better or less? Maybe the computer shut's itself down due overheated temperatures that the software will not show. These kind of problems may exist.
I will see when you post a screenshot of your CPU when its under stress. try like running a video and a heavy game ( if possible ) at the same time.
