There isn't a legitimate one. Microsoft shut down them down awhile ago, now Microsoft only offers the retail version available for download.

Any other way that I can get a fresh installation of OEM windows 7 on my old laptop which came with preinstalled OEM?

Saw one such place on the web but no win 7 was available there.
