Windows 7 or Windows 8

I am building a gaming PC of my own and I was told that Windows 8 might be the better choice to use for my PC, but is Windows 7 still the better choice?

Windows 8 OEM is the cheapest and best choice , because you can transfer it to a new computer when you move on.With previous windows OEM versions the license was tied to the motherboard it was first installed on.

win8 is UBer for tablets, but awfull for desktop users. No matter how you try to play it.. I'm a gamer and an internet surfer in hobby and I love win7, but I hate win8 because it makes everything harder to find (not to mention the UGLY layout!). There is a reason why Win7 costs more and this is it ! To say it short, they made win8 for tablet users while ignoring traditional users.
