Windows 7 - Remove disk or other media.

So, i just tried to install windows 7 from my usb and this error popped up "Remove disks or other media. Press any key to restart."
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming

I don't know what it wants from me by saying remove disks or other media, Please help.

Remove the USB stick so PC doesn't boot from it a second time -- otherwise Windows install will start all over again.
Windows Setup has finished copying files across now, so USB stick no longer required. Setup needs to boot from the HDD now, in order to complete the installation.

If i remove the usb and restart literally nothing happens it just takes me back to the bios
