Go ahead and download those from Windows Update. Your realtek and Intel drivers are not going to updated as frequently as say Nvidia or AMD Graphics drivers. It looks like you have pretty common components and Windows Update will handle that for you just fine.

Often the drivers you see provided by windows update service are Whql.
Basically the drivers have passed Microsoft certification, or full comparability to work with the version of windows you have.

But they are in some cases not the latest drivers for your hardware.
Your better off having a look at the brand makers web page for driver updates for the hardware you have such as mobo drivers
for the sound and chip set of the board ect.

Including updating graphics card drivers also.
Often Microsoft update drivers are months behind what the hardware makers of each pc device submit to MS to validate the driver for use with the os you have so your more likely to find a more up to date version of the driver direct from the makers website under the support section.

So I have a pentium processor and it has integrated hd graphics (nothing else besides that) So which download should I pick: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=Intel%C2%AE+Pentium%C2%AE+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics

Also according to intel update driver utility, I have the 15.33.32.4061 version and the utility says the latest one is the 15.33.32.4061 also....Does that mean it is updated?
