I have been looking at buying windows 8 for my newly built pc, but I have a question. All of the listings on ebay say "windows 8 upgrade software" and I fear this means I must already have an OS on the computer I am going to be using it on. This confuses me, and if someone could tell me if I could install this on a new system that would be great.
