So my problem is, I have a prebuilt HP p6 pavilion with windows 8 OEM (UEFI) and I want to upgrade my motherboard to support better CPU's. What will happen if I install a new motherboard, will my pc run?

If your new motherboard uses UEFI firmware it should detect the OS and load it without issue. However, it's generally recommended to reinstall the operating system whenever the motherboard is changed.

Actually, win an OEM (HP, dell, acer, etc) if you change the motherboard, the operating system will no longer work, OEM OS's are tied to the MOBO & HP's OEM operating system will be looking for an HP mobo.

Lets say I change the mobo. I start my pc, it goes to the UEFI interface? There is an option for repair, right? Will it be enough? Or do I really need to buy a new OS for 100 euros?

The problem with OEM win 8 is the key is usually embedded in the bios * the OEM OS will look for it on install. The 'key' you can find with key finder software is for INSTALLING the OEM version of win 8. The key needed to activate it is the one embedded in the bios. The odds are very high you will need to by a new OS.

But how do I reinstall the OS when its built in the PC?

With windows 8, there is no longer a sticker w/ the key on the system, there is usually a recovery partition on the HD fthat can be chosen/accessed during bootup (safe mode or 'pre' bios choice).
If this has been erased, you can generally get recovery discs from the manufacturer.

OEM copies of Windows are not transferable, it is bound to the motherboard. You can transfer the installation easily enough, but you will most likely need to reactivate it using a new licence key.
