[citation][nom]catfishtx[/nom]I have turned away three customers so far that want me to remove Win8 and go back to Win7. I told them to try Win8 for at least another month, but after that, if you still want Win7 back, I will do it then.[/citation]
If they were annoyed by Win8 enough to find someone to replace it with Win7 then they probably aren't going to put up with it for another month. They can just as easily find a different PC tech to fix it for them.

I've had to downgrade people from w8 to w7 (I work at a computer store) at least once a week. People coming in are getting windows 8 bundle price with their custom rigs, and they don't want it (Pay more for 7) or they come back a week later, basically saying "wtf is this? I want 7."

Screw this OS. Come on LINUX support in all games!

Would people have to pay for upgrades once they own the core OS?
It seems to me that is crazy if true.
I would love to see everything like this, go buy a car and then have to pay more to get a upgrade to use the brakes or pay to get tires that don't go flat once a week.
Any way you cut it, I can not see any valid reason to move from Win7 to one that is based on the Chaos theory.
I hope Windows 8 does serious damage to microsoft as a whole so they will not do anything like this in the future.
Most people learn more by the mistakes they make but Vista didn't seem to sink in so they have some very stupid people at the top of the company that is making the top start to sway back and forth until it sways to a steep enough angle and it falls over smashing their bank accounts and their sick Ego problem where like the major car companies of old that thought they knew what the people wanted while never asking the car buyers.
I would love to see Apple break in with a great OS that works for all PC's and has the support of the software industry because we do need another player in the OS like we got with Intel/AMD that kept a free choice and made each innovate.
