I'm using a Windows XP SP3 Professional currently. I have 3 accounts on it that work perfectly fine. When I make a new user account, and try to log in from the welcome screen, this window pops up when it was trying to load my profile in a User Environment windows. "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system. DETAIL - the system cannot find the file specified." Then, it jumps back to the welcome menu. I press my account again. It jumped back once more, this time not showing the User Environment window. The 3rd time I pressed my user account on the welcome menu, it finally logs in. However, there's no theme, no desktop wallpaper, the start menu is classic as well as the taskbar, and when I try to add a wallpaper, it does nothing but that full blue colour. Nothing saves when I log off and back on, such as after I change my taskbar to the regular Windows XP SP3 start menu and taskbar. This is annoying, and I need a solution. Please reply ASAP!
