[SOLVED] Windows crashes, freezes and closes programs randomly. Total of 32 today!

Hello!

My pc has crashed/closed programs 32 times today!

I have had this issue for a short time, but today it killed me.

Each time it crashes there is a different error. In fact, this is my second time writing this because of a crash!
Errors include(but not limited to)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCPETION
3b
VIDEO_STACK_BUFFER_ERROR

andddd many moreeeee!

Anyways, I have tried memtest(no errors) Crystal Disk Check, Driver Easy, etc
My system build can be here.
My PC also freezes programs, to which they must restart to be used, and any apps at startup(steam, discord) that use the internet failed to connect to the internet for the first 5 minutes!

I am 110% lost!
ANY help appreciated!

EDIT: Reinstalling windows just makes the crash happen later!

Have you run Memtest for how long time (it should run several hours to be sure) ?

What particular antivirus program(s) are you running?

I did follow the link you provided, but have you paid any attention to what it says in the bottom "Potential Issues / Incompatibilities" ?

So the memtest I saw just ran after boot for like 5 mins, is there another type?

Yes, I saw that the issue is "Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions. " Which was true in my case, I had to update my BIOS with my old Ryzen 3 to upgrade to the 5
