Question Windows crashes on startup

Hello,
Recently I installed my second M.2 onto my Z370M motherboard, now when I boot into windows I get a BSOD just once with the error message "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it came back with no errors. This morning as well when I tried to play my first game it just fully crashed, no BSOD nothing. Not sure if that's related but figured I would throw it in there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
My system setup is:
MOBO: Z370M
RAM: 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200
CPU: I7 8700
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA
STORAGE: WD Blue SSD 250GB - OS Drive
Seagate Exos 7E8 6TB - General storage
Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - New Drive.
SAMSUNG 980 SSD 1TB - Older M.2

Does it crash when you boot into safe mode? Does it crash if you don't use the second/new M.2? What is the PSU?

It didn't seem to do it in safe mode. As for the PSU its an EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3 .

If it's fine in safe mode it's most likely a driver. Update drivers, I have no idea which one.

It looks like my Samsung 980 drive is using the 970 drivers. Wonder why it would cause blue screens when neither one of the M.2 drives are my OS drive.

There are several brands that are called Z370M.
Which one do you have?

Some motherboards have limitations where some sata ports are disabled when a second m.2 drive is installed.

Its an MSI Z270M Gaming Pro AC.
