Found out a couple of things, while messing with Windows Defender:

1) Windows Defender not found in Services View: https://imgur.com/hJtb7Is

2) Windows Defender folder in Regedit is empty when there should be DisableAntiSpyware registry there View: https://imgur.com/qrPE3Ct
3) Clicking on Virus & threat protection opens up this message View: https://imgur.com/1qncEi2
I've tried googling and solving this myself, and people refer to problem 3) with solutions that are connected through 1) and 2)
Someone even said I should try system restore, but I doubt that'd bring registry back or change my Windows Defender.

Is this crucial to even try to make it work?

Solution
Well, windows defender is the anti-virus that comes with your system but it is not extremely crucial to get this working.

This might be a link to download Windows Defender again and see if the files for it pops into those places

windows[/B]/comprehensive-security]https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/comprehensive-security

If this does not work, you don't need windows defender as there is some other ant-virus software that do a fine job as well. I would recommend Kaspersky or Malwarebytes. Just don't use both at the same time because that would block it out.
