Windows HDD notifications

Hello,

I have recently upgraded my desktop and I use an SSD as a bootable disk and my old HDD as a storage. Everytime I run a program from the HDD (secondary disk) windows notification pops up and it has been really annoying. Any idea how to stop this?

It's the typical notification of windows. "Do you want the following program to make changes to your computer?"
