Hello, so i build my new pc, and whanted to install windows 8.1 via usb.
First steps works fine while copying files from usb to drive until starts count from 10 and says "windows needs to restart to cointinue". After restart ,, getting devices ready" loads to 100% its fine. Then on ,,getting ready" screen pc restarts, and comes with message that pc restarted and need to boot usb/cd and restart windows installation. After this i go in to computer repair window ,,command prompt" and with diskpart clean my drive and starting again. Everytime pc restarts on getting ready progress.
