Windows is COMPLETELY GREYED OUT

Hello there, i have been playing a game that made me mad so it caused me to smash my keyboard and hit many different keys, that then caused my monitor screen to go completely grey, I can see everything but its all grey like its lost colour, like when you put your digital vibrance at 0% but i have mine at 50% so it should be fine, im positive that its a monitor issue can anyone help? https://gyazo.com/0bb009f0046d3e4079b0d1d0269f6b7e
