Even though I check the box that should make the CD-ROM
drive play automatically, the box still comes up a lot
asking me to choose an action, i.e. play CD with Windows
Media player, rip CD with Windows Media player. Is this a
bug or a problem I have or what?

To remove SP2:

Click Start-Run-Type:

%systemroot%\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst\spuninst.exe
