[SOLVED] Windows not booting at all

okay so basically I just upgraded from a 9700k amd msi board to a 10900f and a gigabyte board. When I still had my 9700, I used intel performance maximizer. My pc was working fine yesterday, but now when I try to boot it, it says Intel performance maximizer EFI shell application and a bunch of other stuff and I don't know what to do

Gigabyte motherboard: model, revision?

Try to provide more information/detail about the error messages or pop-up windows that appear.

Will the PC boot into Safe Mode?

How did you reinstall Windows? Or did you just swap in the C: drive?
