Question Windows not loading up - how to fix?

Hi everyone,

We have a laptop with dual-boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint.

However, Windows no longer boots after selecting it from the list of boot options (Linux Mint is first, then Windows and then UEFI/BIOS setup). The busy spinning circle symbol just stays on the screen (and sometimes says it is starting repair) and nothing happens. We have tried restarting the laptop multiple times but the issue persists.

Any suggestions to fix this would be much appreciated

make a USB Windows installation package and choose their repair option.
it should walk you through some available fixes.

if no good,
you can just reinstall Windows fresh.
