Windows random crashes abruptly??

Hi and happy new year to everyone!!

Here`s the deal 🙁

Tried to overclock my Xeon E5 2603v3 ( I´m planning to get a 5820k ) with a BCLK up to 120 and the system didnt boot and the Bios went back to default settings after that ( everything normal to this point ).

The problem here is that after the OC fail, the PC needs more time to boot, a blue screen flashes just before the log in on Windows and the system PC crashes out of nowhere. The Bios was a little buggy when I entered it for the OC because it crashed if a moved the mouse too fast or use the keyboard ( the secondary Bios works pretty fine, so no problem there ).

My full System specs:

Gigabyte Gaming 5 X99

Xeon E5 2603v3

2 x 4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 2133

RX 480 XFX GTR 8GB

Thermaltake Frio OCK Snow Edition ( keeps CPU at 25º idle )

EVGA 600B2 PSU

Cheap Seagate 2TB HDD

It seems to not but it only fixed the random crashes

When I entered the Bios again and restored settings manually, the automated function didn't work
