[SOLVED] Windows random restarts with no warning after installing gcc

Windows 10 randomly restarts shortly after logging in with no warning. Disabling automatic restart results in windows freezing indefinitely. No mini memory dump files generated.

Interesting, opening File Explorer->This PC->Properties manually triggers a restart every time.

Issue occurred after installing gcc compiler. I added C:\MinGW\bin to PATH in environment variables as a part of the process. However, removing the newly added path does no solve the issue.
