[SOLVED] Windows screen frozen

As I said, windows Home Screen is frozen but I’m still able to open apps, they just don’t pop up. I hover my mouse over it and it shows it’s open but nothing appears on the screen

if you can open a command prompt;
run SFC and see if any OS issues are found that can be fixed by the tool.

if not, use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to create a new Windows installer and just use it to access the repair options and try fixing the OS this way.
