[SOLVED] Windows search bar not working

I have read through a lot of the post already made about this and it doesn't seem like anyone else's fixes work for me. My search bar on Windows loads up, does the loading circle on my cursor, but doesn't let me search for anything.
I have tried running the troubleshooter for "Search and indexing" but my troubleshooter just runs into errors.

I have tried some fixes for this including rebuilding my indexes and running DISM and sfc but nothing is seems to work.
Any help would be much appreciated.

So i managed to fix it by uninstalling the latest windows security update. Hopefully this might help someone else.
