Windows server automatically restart each day at same time

Dear all ,
my windows server automatically restart each day at the same time. i've checked event viewer and found the information below.
please help me to resolve this.

What's the event two down from USER32?

That looks like the first one on each reboot; possibly what's shutting it down.

yes , before each restarting , there is an event about user 32. you can see

..RIGHT CLICK THE WINDOWS ICON>>>COMPUTER MANAGEMENT>>SYSTEM TOOLS>>>>TASK SCHEDULER>>>>TASK SCHEDULER LIBRARY>>>>RIGHT CLICK "REBOOT DAILY" >>>DISABLE. WILL END THAT NIGHTMARE OF AUTOMATION.

Try that? Don't know why on earth it would have been enabled, especially on a server, but...
