[SOLVED] Windows service using alot of CPU.

Hello,
I dont know what is up to my windows,It has been misbehaving for a while..
Whenever i start my pc this service starts up itself and uses max CPU when close Nvidia web helper service it closes itself.. then whenever i open my GeForce experience app it starts again...I've tried closing it and searching it on youtube but it still doesn't work...even updated windows but still no luck..
I'll provide further info if needed..

System specs:
GTX 1050 2GB
i5 2400
8GB RAM
160+160+500GB

It only runs if you have Geforce experience running?

Oh i fogot it thanks ! i'll give it a try..

I've noticed that whenever any 32bit application is running,it starts up...utorrent msi afterburner etc.

Update: Display drivers/Gpu drivers has nothing to do with that...even opening utorrent cranks up the cpu usage to max...any other solution?

neither of the methods in link your quoted mentioned GPU drivers. I know my previous one did though.

Does it happen in safe mode?

this will check out windows:
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
