Windows shutting down by itself

lately i'm getting problems with my windows (i think)
most of the time while i'm playing games, but also when i'm for example on facebook or watching a video on youtube etc.
my pc just falls out and then reboots itself.
i've put some pictures in this post
can anyone help me how to fix this problem, had 8 shutdowns (crashes) in the last month and more than 40 in a year :s sometimes 3 shutdowns a day.

no, i'm on a desktop computer

Its could be the problem with the software or any hardware as well
Have you installed any new software recently, if yes. then uninstall the program and then check
you can do a power cycle (shutdown the system remove all peripherals. take out all the cables. wait for 2 mins.
Then plug in the cables. plug in the peripherals like printer etc. and turn on the computer.
If this doesn't works. unplug and re insert the ram of your system.
