3 days ago i installed a new hdd for games and 2 days ago i put new thermal
paste on cpu because it was dry, it was working fine the past 3 days but now for some reason it wont startup, it just stays on the windows logo, i have tried entering automatic repair and it says “preparing automatic repair” but it just stays on that forever. And also there is no circle at all.
