Question Windows update issues and game stuttering

Recently my computer suddenly started to stutter, freeze, and have FPS decreases. This has never happened before. It turns out that I have "check for windows update" issues as well. It says in the reliability history that an update failed, but check for windows update says that my computer is up to date. My question is, do those two issues correlate with each other? How do I fix it? For more information, I have already tried to update my drivers, checked my temps (<75C which I believe is good, correct me if I'm wrong), done the DISM commands and /scannow MULTIPLE times, and still nothing changes, and Windows Update doesn't work. I am pretty tired of trying to fix my computer, I have attempted to make it better for probably 3 days now to no avail. Any advice will really help me.

I will add specs if it is necessary.
