Question Windows update problem

Hello, I want to download a gaming cloud app, its called geforce now, anyways when I try to download it, it says that geforce now needs an update to windows 7, it needs the platform update by the name KB2670838, but , when I try to install the update in the windows updates it fails like every single other update, I also tried installing it from the official microsoft webpage, it is the same, I tried many ways, for an example I tried stopping the Background Intelligent and the Windows Update thing in the services.msc and it didnt help. I tried a lot of things from google and youtube and non of them helped, can someone help me please! Thanks!

unplug from the internet.

Change your date back to 2019 and see if it will install.
