I hope someone can help me out with this. I wanted to
update my system with XP sp 2 although when I went to do
this I was prompted to download the new update installer
from microsoft. So I download the first part and it ask to
restart which I did. When it booted back up it came up
with a filter keys message, I selected settings to see
what it was and it also had sticky keys and other options.
I decide to cancel that and then click on my IE icon which
then selected every icon from that point up on my desktop.
I was unable to stop this from happening so I went back to
a previous restore and the problem went away. I did not
get the filter keys message upon restart. I tried to
download the windows update installer again and it did the
same thing. Again I hope someone can help me out with this.
Thank you, Randy
