Question Windows won't boot after CPU upgrade (Ryzen) ?

I recently upgraded my CPU to a Ryzen 5 4500 and I installed bios updates until the last one F52g
I get post to the bios but when I try to go into windows I only get a black screen. GPU fans turn off and there no Keyboard or mouse.
Bios seems to identify my CPU but simply cannot pass after that. I tried with the Windows media tool and also the GPU fans turn off and a black screen.

GPU is fine, I put in the old CPU and i literally can play with the old CPU installed.

Is the AMD chipset driver? I downloaded the 2.07.21.306 from gigabyte website

Did you reset CMOS? do it after re-installing the new CPU, then boot up the system.
