Windows won't boot after installing video drivers

Build -

Motherboard : Asrock H61M-VG4
Video card : EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 2 x 8gb HyperX
OS : Windows 7
HDD : 2, one of 500 gb and the other of 1Tb

My problem is :

I have used this rig fine and sound for 9 months, updating drivers and etc, using windows 10.

After a faulty update, had to format my two HDs, they work fine now and aren't broken.

I'm using windows 7 now because I suspect my motherboard can't handle windows 10, but the SAME PROBLEM happens with windows 10 as well :

after installing updates from Geforce Experience, my PC won't boot.

Going in safe mode, uninstalling the video card driver and rebooting makes it go normal.

What is causing all this? Should I try using a previous driver build?

sad part is you used that malware called win-10 , funny how it was all fine up in till that as a lot find out ..

just remember using device manager to do NVidia drivers is not recommended or supported by NVidia [about page 22 in NVidia drivers release notes on that]

No, auto-updates aren't the trouble.

I just tried to install older drivers, but they didn't work either. I suspect it is a problem with the motherboard, but more of a software related issue.

And yes, Windows 10 looks fine but it sucks ass. How dare Microsoft send me a fucking stinky update? Just don't send it.

well my experience is when a card don't take drivers it ends up the card went bad works in safe mode but not with the installed NVidia driver ? that's how it ends up here

Do you think that resetting the BIOS might work? Or resetting by taking the battery or something.

do you got a buddy that's got a good computer [not a prebuilt like hp or dell , ect.. a real one ] that would let you test the card in it ??? or maybe he got a extra card to try in your computer to see whats up that way ?

All right I got the solution.

I shorted the reset circuit in my motherboard, as it says here on page 23 :

Then, I updated the motherboard's BIOS. Downloaded Nvidia Geforce Experience. Everything works fine now.

gee force experience and them gimmickware stuff I never install as most experienced users don't as well all I install is the cards driver and maybe PhysX .

thing is, is 10 doing that or altering it [the bios ] in any way ? why would you have to clear it if 10 did not make changes over your own settings ???
