I just finished downloading windows 10 with all the updates (or so I think since I clicked the option to do so) and I'm at the primary login screen where it says "Welcome to Windows 10!" My login profile, I'm not said profile, a little settings tab (narrator, magnify, sticky keys, high contrast, etc. So nothing of use) and anytime I click next or I'm not said profile it stays on the same screen. If I click it again it reboots my computer.

I will answer here instead of via pm. Since i seem to be misunderstanding you, it would be better here as someone else might be able to assist.

Was this an upgrade or fresh install? I am guessing its an upgrade?

It sounds like your user is corrupted, that seems to be happening a lot recently. Since you cannot get into your normal account its pointless creating a new user as you won't have access to all your folders without the admin password

Since you cannot get into your normal user since it just reboots when you try, I would use the following link to copy anything off the PC you cannot afford to lose: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

Your best bet is to clean install win 10. You can download it from Here and use that to make a Win 10 installer on USB or DVD (using another PC obviously)

If you don't like that advice, just wait for others to answer...
