Winnt\system32\config\systemhardware profile/last known good menu

I'm getting this error as window NT connot start due to corrupt file. I have no CD-Rom on my machine and the foppy drive is bad, How can I solve this problem.

Without those CD rom/floppy drive, I afarid that it is impssible to solve the problem!
