Question Wired Keyboard is lighting up the keys aren’t working.

Hey, just built finished building my custom pc today. I was able to get into bios and my mouse was working. I tried using me keyboard and the lights work on it but the keys weren’t registering. I tried plugged it into my old desktop and it worked fine. Yet when I plug it into my new pc it doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciate.

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600KF
GPU: Radeon RX 6700XT
PSU: Thermaltake Smart BM3 650 W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H18 MicroATX Mini Tower Case

KLIM Chroma Gaming Wired USB. It’s a cheap keyboard I got like a year ago.

test with all the back port include the usbc?

how did you get into bios if the key doesn't work?
try updating the bios?
