Wireless - Guest/Virtual Access Point

Hey guys some why when I restored my router to factory settings it created a guest access point with the other main one and actually that guest point doesn't actually work and what is even worse I cant disable it from my admin console .. the option is grayed out as shown in the picture below.

It will depend greatly on what router this really is.

Still the check box means it is "enabled" both the guest networks do not have that so it should be they are disabled.

There may be a setting on a different screen that allows you to turn these on...not that you seem to want to anyway.
