Wireless Internet Express question

I noticed one page on cingular.com that mentions a $0.00 pricing option,
in which you just pay 1 cent per kB. I can't seem to find that anywhere
else, though. Is it really an option?

Can anybody share their experiences with Wireless Internet Express?

To my knowledge their are two plans. 1. "Basic" which you pay
$7.95/month and get 1-MEG (1024k) of download per month, each
additional kbyte (overage) is billed at $.01 per kbyte.

The other plan is a "works" plan that gives you unlimited WAP usages
(including downloads) for $19.99/month.

The average MIDI ringtone download is about 15k
Real tone downloads average about 35k (MMF)
(mp3 ringtones can be much larger)

Walpapers average about 10-15k (in JPEG format)

Games and applications vary in size, but most are at least 60k,
according to the Java spec for mobile devices a single games can't
exceed 160k, on some phones, e.g Samsung x427) this limit is more like
120k.

Don't forget that if you have a camera phone, and want to
send pictures with it, they run about 30-40k per picture..

at least on a v400

If you send via MMS, they are sent at MMS rate, and the data is not counted
toward your KB. If you email, though, of course they go towards your KB.
